  There was no customer service. Spent 10mins out in the yard. Most of the time spent on one bike. 3 blokes in the shop saw more. No one bother to come out and offer assistance. Shame as I'm a cash buyer but I've never been to a bike shop where I had to chase the sale assistant other than this one. Also I was the ONLY person there looking at bikes. So its not like they were busy at the time.
