Renaissance Bathrooms

I have been trying to get refund on a faulty tap for 9 months now and still have not been successful. Every time I speak to someone they say it will be processed "next week" but nothing happens. The service from this company is absolutely appalling and I would not recommend them under any circumstances. Not only was the extremely expensive tap faulty but all attempts to speak to someone who will actually process my refund have been spectacularly unsuccessful. It is like they are delaying in the hope I will just go away. No chance. Not a company that anyone should consider doing business with
